Sound output stopped working with video and sound files.

Hi. Anyone here encountered a sudden stop of audio output from playing video and sound files on Win 10 ? Sound is playing fine from any media player like VLC and Adobe apps. I factory reset every system sound settings. Trashed isadora prefs. Removed and reinstalled the application.
It occured while recording performance with OBS. So i removed and reinstalled it. No luck.I guess something changed in OS more than in Isadora. Searched thru the forum but found no solutions.
Alienware R10. Ryzen 5. NVidia RTX 2060. Windows 10. Isadora 3.0.7 and 3.0.8. -
In the movie player actor, in the audio device section, check what's selected. As you can see from my system there are lots of options: make sure you have the one you want selected. This has tripped me up in the past: perhaps this is your issue?
