      Dear all,

      I'm in the middle of a new theatre production where I need to shift the audio tracks from a rear PA to a front PA. Using the sound player actor there's a way to routing the audio fading (not snap time) from the one PA to other?

      Thank you!

      Francesco

        Hi,

        Yes there is a way to access audio levels programatically. Here is the official help guide from Isadora that shows how:

              @crystalhorizon thank you for the tutorial! The AUAudioFilePlayer, AUMatrixMixer and AUAudioDeviceOutput are yours User actor or legacy Isadora 2.0 Mac actor?

                 These actors are Mac only. If you are on a Mac you will have these available in your toolbox.

                     They are part of an Apple framework that supplies Audio Units as well. We are working towards cross-platform support of these features.
                    With that said, it's easy to manipulate Quadraphonic audio on Windows with the new Sound Players multi-channel support and a 4 channel audio card (I have a Roland Rubix24).

                      @dusx don't worries, I'm joking!

                      For what I have to do it the new sound player works fine!

                      Thank you!
