[TICKET] Video/Audio Sync Issues in single movie?

I am have video-audio sync issues where the audio is approximately 4-6 frames late to the video.  When I play the file separately (not in Izzy), the sync is perfect.  When I import and play it from Izzy... there is a noticeable sync issue.  This is on a Mac Pro OS 11.6 and using  Izzy 3.0.8f12

The movie resolution is a bit non-traditional (3840x1200) as it will be using 2 1920x1200 laser projectors for performance.

The video is an Apple MPEG-4 format.  The playback load is only5%.

Any thoughts as to why the sync would be off while only playing in Izzy?

 Are your movies using H264 or h265?

Please open a support ticket (link in my signature) and provide a download link (dropbox or similar) if possible where one of us can take a look at one of the video files that is playing in this manner.
@Woland may be able to recreate your setup and debug the issue further.
