updated 7 day registration crash
Isadora crashes when entering the a 7-day registration credential.
The previous license expired a week ago. There is no option to renew so I bought another 7 day registration. I can enter the new license ID and password but Isadora crashes( no reports, it just disappears) when clicking "activate online" button.
I tried the offline method as well and Isadora disappears when loading the lfx file.
Isadora keeps opening in demo mode but the portal shows that the license has been activated already.
Sales question like these are more likely to be solved quicker when you reach out using an Support Ticket.
In the mean time you can deactivate any license I believe from the License Portal.
Could you deactivate your license in your license portal, reset Isadora preferences, restart Isadora, fill in the License information and report back?
