Isadora will not open
-
I'm guessing I broke something on my computer as opposed to this being an actual bug in Isadora - - - but I can't figure out what I changed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.Isadora no longer launches (have tried reinstalling and happens regardless( and provides the following error:Process: IsadoraCore [2599]Path: /Applications/Isadora/IsadoraCore.app/Contents/MacOS/IsadoraCoreIdentifier: com.troikatronix.isadoraVersion: 1.3.0f25 (1.3.0f25)Code Type: X86 (Native)Parent Process: launchd [292]User ID: 1442381331Date/Time: 2013-07-05 12:30:37.797 -0400OS Version: Mac OS X 10.8.4 (12E55)Report Version: 10Interval Since Last Report: 476564 secCrashes Since Last Report: 3711Per-App Interval Since Last Report: 4745 secPer-App Crashes Since Last Report: 5Anonymous UUID: 0D839E70-CBF4-179D-CE74-91D2955AB133Crashed Thread: 0 Dispatch queue: com.apple.main-threadException Type: EXC_BREAKPOINT (SIGTRAP)Exception Codes: 0x0000000000000002, 0x0000000000000000Application Specific Information:*** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInvalidArgumentException', reason: 'launch path not accessible'Application Specific Backtrace 1:0 CoreFoundation 0x99396e8b __raiseError + 2191 libobjc.A.dylib 0x9157d52e objc_exception_throw + 2302 CoreFoundation 0x992f660b +[NSException raise:format:] + 1393 Foundation 0x94c6ffa5 -[NSConcreteTask launchWithDictionary:] + 5214 Foundation 0x94c6f538 +[NSTask launchedTaskWithLaunchPath:arguments:] + 2525 SoftVDigX 0x1fed59d7 SoftVDigXOpen + 12076 CarbonCore 0x9845badb callComponentStorage_44 + 257 CarbonCore 0x9844cabf _ZL38CallComponentFunctionCommonWithStoragePPcP19ComponentParametersPFlvEm + 458 CarbonCore 0x9844caff CallComponentFunctionWithStorageProcInfo + 30 -

Dear Aolis,
The culprit looks to be a QuickTime component called SoftVDigX.It should be located at /Users/YOUR_NAME_HERE/Library/QuickTime or /Library/QuickTimeTry removing this component and see if the error goes away.Best Wishes,Mark -
Yes!
I removed the component as recommended and Isadora now launches properly.Thank you very much Mark.-Aolis
