[TICKET] Stage capture error

Hello, When I try to record the stage - I get an error message. Failure when storing DirectShow movie writer error. 80004005.
I am working on a PC. I have followed advice from the help info and reinstalled the .dll files. As I only get an option to output to AVI. I have updated all my players. I have followed the 101 tutorial on stage capture. It records a tempfile. Any advice on things to try is appreciated.
