      Hi I've just purchased a new MacBook Pro M1 Max and trying to activate Isadora.

      I have Izzy on my other mac so it seems i must deactivate this version before i can activate Izzy on the new machine?

      Please advise, thanks a lot!

        As per the store page:


        For each Buy-to-Own or Subscription license you purchase you can activate Isadora on up to two online or offline computers, though you may only use the license on one of those two computers at a time. Each Rental license you purchase allows you to activate Isadora on one computer. In all cases, you may deactivate a license on one computer in order to activate it on a different machine.

        So if you've already activated that license on two computers or if it is a rental license and you've activated it on one other computer, then yes, you'll need to deactivate it elsewhere to free up an activation for use on your new computer.

        If you have access to the two machines that already have the activations on them, you can do the deactivation the normal way on one of them.

        If you do not have access to the two machines that already have the activations on them, you can deactivate the Isadora license on one of them remotely using the Online License Portal.
