      Hi Everyone,

      I’d like to share with the community the latest project we did with our Year 3 Performance: Design and Practice students here at Central Saint Martins (UAL) where Isadora was at the core of the show.

      Psycho-ish was a remake of the film Psycho staged as a live cinema performance.

      At the top left on the screen, we were projecting an edited version of the original film, where the actors had to recreate live against backdrops that were projected behind them, while live camera feeds were capturing the action and was edited live. The result was projected at the top right next to the original film.

      Here are some photos and a Vimeo link where you can watch a short trailer of the show.

      best

                    @dimitrisc

                    Just popping in here to say how much I love this. I teach a module to the second year BA Circus students at Circomedia in Bristol. I show them stuff, and we experiment about how you can combine circus and 'digital'. Just prepping for tomorrow's class on "live cinema" and will be showing them this as well some Katie Mitchell. This is great stuff! Must have been so fun to plan and create!

                    (Is Pete Brooks still teaching on that course?)
