Hi Everyone,
I am having the following issues with the live feed. It is a simple live feed setting using CamLink 4K as the capture card to connect MacBook and the Sony Camera.
The most complicated part in Isadora 3 is in the image “pt4. jpg”. The other is either blackout or something like that one.
It runs well during the rehearsal. But one day before the run-through, I connect the Kong nanoKontrol and the CamLink with the same computer adapter. And I reminded myself don’t turn the camera off because I will need to re-focus the camera again. Then after a long break, Isadora suddenly showed that the % of Load up 8000% even 9000%.
It shows “ An unexpected error occurred with a video or audio device used by the Live Capture system. Recording Stopped ( System Error ID: 0xFFFFD1E0).
I suspect that is the cable issue ( HDMI to mini HDMI). Any other thoughts? MIDI and USB capture card cannot connect at the same adapter at the same time?
Can I assume that the error does not related to Isadora the program?
