      I'm new to Isadora and am trying to use Capture Control Actors to turn two different live feed cameras on and off.  However, they all keep defaulting to Channel 4 when I am only using 2 channels.  I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

        this is strange... did you set up your cameras on channels 1 and 2 in the Live Capture Settings pop-up? is your Capture Control actor set to the correct channels? (maybe it is initialized to channel 4 by accident)

          Hi there!

          Welcome to the Isadora community forum. Glad to have you here :)

          Regarding your question;

          • Are you sure that you didn't initialize the inputs in such a way that they default to 4?

          To check this;

          • Click on the name of the input (so not the input field, but slightly to the right so that you press on the name)
          • The Min / max / Ctrl Link / Initialize inputs open. Please check or the initialize input is not checked / the value is set to the value that you expect.
