I'm an occasional Isadora user but haven't used it in several years. I'm trying to randomly stitch some very short loops together to create a randomized horse. I tried Processing, which I am more comfortable with but was unhappy with the playback. Isadora handles the video better, but I can't get my head around how to trigger a random clip only when the previous has finished. I have them playing successfully randomly but some clips get cut short since I am just using a trigger delay. There must be a better way to do this?

        Hi there!

And welcome back to the Isadora community :) Glad to have you here.

The Movie Player actor has an 'loop end' output that you can as an trigger to for example an Shuffle actor or an randomize actor.

I attached an example file for you with Comments that you can read / check how it works.
