[LOGGED] Documentation: Video Effect Overview Table

Hi

It would be nice in the documentation to have an video effect overview table with an example input picture, the resulting output picture and some keywords about the effect.

With that, it would be much easier to find the best effect for the desired purpose and one can then read the documentation about that effect in detail.
