Version 3 software issues

I’m having issue with new software !
Have been using previous software for 4 years
Got new computer and version 3 software. issue I have is when I add output display all the settings as per information seems to be ok the software sees disply no problem the only thing I cant get any picture on display

What make/model system are you running?Often things can be a little different on a laptop compared to a desktop system. Also, it would be helpful to know what types of displays you have connected.
