[ANSWERED] Syphon Virtual Webcam... on a windows machine ?

hello all,

I am giving 2 izzy workshops but being a mac person (since 1984) I don't know the equivalent of the syphon virtual webcam on PC. What is the procedure to push images from Izzy to zoom on a PC ?

As for OBS I think Spout does the job directly from Izzy isn't it ?

Spout is the equivalent of Syphon on Windows. And what they both do is they grab the images directly from the GPU, which makes them really performant in grabbing/sending them out to other programs.

For windows we have SpoutCam

Thanks ! So I ask my students to download and install spoutcam and they will be able to pass images from Izzy to Zoom is that correct ?

With the normal Spoutcam they should be able to pass images from Isadora to Zoom after going into Stage Setup and checking the "Spout" box in the Stage Settings (bottom-middle-ish area).
