[ANSWERED] Quicktime movie with multichannel audio (8CH)

Hi, on the website it says that the next version of the Isadora will allow you to route multichannel audio etc., but the current version let you play and rout multichannel audio. Does this go for the quicktime movie playing out of the movie player as well? Or playing and routing multichannel audio through the sound player possible? If you could quickly clarify, I would greatly appreciate it!

Currently, this functionality does not exist in the Movie Player actor (it is a planned addition for the future but right now we're busy with IzzyCast). That being said, it is possible on macOS to use Isadora's Move Player actor with multichannel video files that have been set up in a specific way: https://support.troikatronix.com/support/solutions/articles/13000069104-playing-movies-with-multichannel-audio-on-macos
