      Hello, I am new here and still trying around with Isadora. I noticed that I have a time offset in the movie player, between video and audio. However, this only occurs when I output the video to a TV via HDMI on my MacBook Pro. Is there any way to adjust this time offset?
      Thanks a lot for your help!

        @kroketti

        There's not a way to control audio offset unless you separate the audio out into a separate file (.mp3 if you want to use a second Movie Player actor, or .wav or .aiff if you want to use a Sound Player actor).

        That being said, this is extremely strange. Some questions for you:

        1. How long is the latency?
        2. Is it just a regular length HDMI cable going to a normal TV?
        3. There's nothing converting/repeating/extending the signal in the hardware chain like a HDMI-over-Cat or analog-to-digital-convertor?
        4. Also is this macOS (and if so what version) or are you on Windows (and if so, are you on 10 or 11)?
        5. Is this a desktop or laptop?
        6. If you're using an adapter to go from the computer to the HDMI cable, do you have a second adapter you can try?
        7. Do you have a second HDMI cable you can try?
        8. Do you have a second display with speakers that you can try this with using the same hardware setup to see if the same issue occurs?

        Best wishes,

        Woland
