I'm trying to set up a couple MIDI devices I have to use them as controllers for an Isadora project, however only one of them seems to connect correctly.

I'm using Native Instruments Maschine MK2 controller (drum pads/sampler) and Komplete Kontrol M32 (keyboard).

Following along with the Guru Session #16 on youtube I have opened the "Status" window to confirm that signal is only getting through to Isadora as expected from the keyboard.

The Native Instruments Controller Editor App which allows for customization of the controllers in MIDI mode indicates that the Maschine MK2 is indeed sending a message out, but nothing registers on the Isadora end.

All of the information I can find online about the Maschine MK2 MIDI mode pertains to connecting it and it's Maschine 2 software to other DAWs and instrument plugins.

Does anyone have experience connecting these devices to Isadora? Am I missing something obvious?

To me this implies that the device might have multiple modes and that the right one needs to be selected or that it's possible that some setting needs to be changed for, or configuration needs to be done to, the device via its proprietary software to set it up for use as a MIDI Controller. Is there nothing in the device's manual about how to use it as a MIDI Controller?
