[ANSWERED] Can videos play at random horizontal position?

[Iridescence]

Compositing 200 movie clips with alpha channels to create 1 unique movie on a very wide canvas 1080P (height) x 19200 (width). Is it possible for videos to play at random horizontal positions? And have those horizontal positions with min and maxes?
Like:
Group A: play video between 0-8000 horz pos, on layer 0
Group B: play video between 0-600 horz pos, on layer 1
Group C: play video between 601-1200 horz pos, on layer 1
Group D: play video between 601-1200 horz pos, on layer 1
Group E: play video between 1201-2000 horz pos, on layer 2

am sure that’s possible using a combination of the random actor and the limit scale value actor.
