older file doesn't work

hi everyone..
i have a problem with an older file ...after conversation to the new Isadora 4 I don't see video on my show...but only sound...
Anyone can help me?

how old is the file ? DO you remember the Isadora version ? What I would do it to try opening it with an older version....

Hi! It might be a codec or media playback issue after the conversion. Try checking if the video files are still properly linked in the Media tab, and make sure they're using a supported format. Also, try dragging the video into a fresh scene to test. Hope that helps!
