      Hello Isadora Team,

First, thank you so much for the latest update. Amazing!!! Especially the VST plug-ins.

As a stand-alone, Surge XT allows me to switch patches using MIDI 'Program Change'. Clunky but it works.

However, the Surge XT Actor does not seem to listen to 'Program Change'. Is this true, or am I missing something?

I can't say I have much experience with Surge XT so I might be missing something, but have you setup your Midi in and out normally under the Isadora communications/Midi Setup dialog, and ensured the midi in port of the VST actor is set to match?

          Hi,

I have tested SurgeXT extensively in Isadora. however, I used OSC communication to programmatically control presets and other parameters. Of all the VST’s I looked at during the testing phase Surge XT stood out because of the functionality of accessing preset effects lists through accessible communication protocols inside Isadora.

          Best wishes

          Russell
