Capture stage shows distorted image

Dear helpers:)I have some serious issues capturing my stage to a picture. It shows distorted images, and I cannot figure out why. Can someone help me? I need to send proper photos for a festival so its quite urgent. I am on mac studio, I have plenty of space on my machine.

Here is an example of what comes outoslo-capture2-resized.jpg there is extra triangles that are not shown in the output and the quality is really poor.
