Is it possible to get a ip video stream from a ip-camera into Isadora?

And even better: a wireless IP-camera into Isadora?

Not natively but if you are on a mac you can use this

https://github.com/bakercp/IPCAM2SYPHON/downloads

It will get the video into Isadora via syphon.
