Purchasing windoze - what version?

Hello and happy new year!
I am building a windows machine for visualization (vectorworks vision) and after finally deciding on a pile of gear to assemble I am now wondering what windows version to buy
Windows 10 pro for 20 bucks: https://it-nerd24.de/windows-1...

What do I look out for? I cant tell what's missing in the 20 bucks version....

I believe that the 150 euro version is the real retail price and that the 20 euro one is a key that is obtained with a stolen creditcard or an OEM version that they obtained somehow, the Windows retail price is much higher then that 20 euro price tag.
