Isadora 3.... is..... live....

If it does not say 32bit or 64bit in the title it will mostly work for version 2 and 3. You can see if its compatible if you open the plugins page.

Just ported my current show across mid-tech with no issues whatsoever, and the speed increase is evident!
Very brave move

@woland I’m on Mojave and was having mad crashes. Already 100x more stable.

Hi,
The good ship Isadora 3 has arrived, I really look forward to exploring these lands at NiTE. Congratulations Capt. Coniglio and your glorious crew for steering us through the maelstrom. I didn't realise it would be such a bumpy ride, but then things got beta and beta.
best wishes,
Russell

Thanks again
All the best.
Celio.

Thanks for the great work and don't worry, even apple with thousands of employees doesn't get it to bring a release without bugs.

Has anyone managed to download it yet? I'm still getting a 404 when I click the link. I'm just checking it isn't just me :)

We had a message on the get-it page about this; Last night, @barneybroomer found a critical bug (thanks Barney) and so we had to take it down, fix it, test it, and put up a new version: 3.0.1
It's there now. Go to the "get it" page to download
Best Wishes,

Just like Isadora 2, there is a separate installer for the USB version of Isadora 3.

@mark Great, thank you! When I was on the "Get it" page myself, it was still linking to version 3 and not 3.01. Its working fine from your link though :)

Well I changed it only a little while ago so probably it was still 3.0 when you went first and then I changed it. Anyway, glad you got it.
Best Wishes,

This is very exciting. Congratulations to Mark and the team for reaching this milestone and bringing us Version 3

Jumping in late to the Izzy 3.0 party! Sending endless love to you Mark and the whole Izzy team. I am taking the plunge now...

I'm happy to see Isadora 3 came alive, but after a short test I still registered a weakness in sound actors, only 16 bit and 41000, and no wav files can be imported?!?
I hoped to find some improvements in audio.
Best and still in hope

Congratulations to the entire team on the release, and thank you Mark for an awesome piece of software. It has definitely helped transform the art of projection design and has been a staple of my craft for nearly 15 years. Thank you for all of the hard work over the years.

The entire system for the sound actors had to be gutted and rebuilt from scratch using a different library called SoLoud because of the removal of Quicktime. More advanced sound support is on our to-do list, but video is Isadora's bread and butter so that's where our focus was when creating Isadora 3.
Wave files should import. Please submit a support ticket using the link in my signature to include the details of your system so we can see if we can reproduce your issue.

I'm in Mac Os 10.13.6 and I can import a 48.000 kHz 16bits wav file. Isadora reads the file without problems. Maybe in Windows it's different.

I'm running Mojave on a MacBook Pro 2018. I can't import wav files with 48000 Hz. in 24 bit which I think is usual for film audio. I'm doing sound and video in a theater in Berlin, and I use and get a lot of sound in that format, which I always have to convert. Importing a movie which audio has 48kH and 32bit it works fine, but only audio is not possible.
