Threadripper anyone

I am specing a new system and am looking at something hedt based. Is anyone out there actually running a 2nd gen threadripper with Isadora. I have been reading a lot of synthetic bench marks but am really curious about real world performance. I know there are a lot of options but my requirements are very specific, namely I need a large number of pcie lanes for a lot of pcie cards and cannot have shared resources for these, plus the core count is important for some of my specific use cases. Curious to know if anyone has such a machine.
