as said before using classic player & projector for my simple audio & video project. With stereo sound
The classic was used after hours of glitches with the regular projector.
2 years on I need to achieve 4 chan audio
So I go back to regular projector (4 chan audio)
Glitches once again I edit files in Prem pro then render in AVF setting set up by Lucas (admin)
After hours & hours of head scratching I found a player
classic sound movie playerIt works perfect no glitches 4 audio channels
It has no green timeline below. Is this the only negative of this player. ?
Over to you ?

@juriaan I was replying to a request from dusx dont know why it went to you !!

Well if the Player is working for you, that's great.
However, it is deprecated moving forward, so that's really the biggest down side to it.
It relies of Quicktime for playback and has therefore been removed for Isadora 3 (Quicktime doesn't offer a 64bit option).
I don't know why the regular movie player would be causing you any problems. Do the files have video as well as sound?
My suggestion would be to use what works best with your media. Keep in mind that if moving to Isadora 3 in the future, you will have to change the Sound Movie Player for a Movie Player.
This upgrade may be well worth it if you are going to be using this project for an extended period of time, since Isadora is gaining some powerful new audio routing features in the Very near future. -
