I'm wondering if anyone has tried using NDI PTZ cameras with Isadora such as BirdDog P200?

Hi there Tally,
We used the BirdDog P200 Camera's during a workshop session last summer with part of the TroikaTronix team.
NDI feeds are stable, zoom is fantastic on those little devices.
It requires some setup / you have to know a bit about networking them together and get the right hardware for the feed that they are producing to get a crisp image. We used Ubiquiti switches (DreamMachine Pro and some nice PoE Switches)
Other then that, we could make them move with a special plugin that we wrote for Isadora during the workshop (Based on the ViscaIP protocol). Mark did an fantastic job on that, sadly I don't know the state of that and or we are going to make it public to other users.
What are your concerns / questions?

I have 2 Birddog p200s working into Isadora 3.0.8 on both PC and a Mac. Works amazingly. I didnt get to the control settings since I ended up just using presets and recalling them. Happy to help with anything or with testing if you need it.

@juriaan This is so helpful - thanks. I just wanted to know they were workable and that once networked could take command strings from Izzy.
