      Hi there,

We made an installation with 4 pico beamers (attached to a data path) and interactive stop-motion animation, with HAP video's that react to a mic/sound sensor.

Does anyone know if Isadora can run an interactive installation on a Mac mini M1chip or m2chip ?

      https://www.apple.com/nl/mac-mini/

We've never used a Mac mini to run Isadora on and or not sure how this works without screen attached.

      Just add another screen?

Another option is a MacBook Air M1 chip, it's for an installation and the organisation will buy a Mac mini or Mac ai.

We look forward to your reaction!

Here is the patch it needs to run Isadora patch

          Hi Erin,

Yes totally Mac Mini with a M1 or M2 chip can run Isadora 3.x

What I normally do is either use Sidecar or use a product called "Luna Display" which allows you to just plug in a transmitter in one of your thunderbolt ports.
This will then transmit your Main display thru that transmitter to a iPad / secondary screen.

Isadora 4.x, Windows 11 Dell XPS 17 5010 or my MacBook Pro M3 Max (Tahoe)
