which is the best hardware (camera) for motion detection?
I want to start working in this field and want to buy hardware

There have been commercial products(made in china) that do very good motion tracking combining IR lights, motion sensors and a camera and a computer. You have most likely seen a pond projected on the floor where you can scare swimming fish by walking through it and reveal an advertisement.
