Please guys, I hope someone give me solution for theses issues, because for me Isadora without properly working Movie Player is useless and I think I spend my money for nothing.

As Juriaan said, please create a support ticket at https://support.troikatronix.c.. and include as much information as you can about the movies: resolution, whether or not you enabled Snappy compression, etc. One of our team will get back to you.
