Don't worry it now works! I had another application using the same OSC port to send. Hopefully this is useful for other people.

Just checking in again if the Syphon library I posted above solved your issue. It did for a number of other people previously.

It will pass all the coordinates through OSC. Nimate can be quite annoying to install, here it's already packed in the app.
