Isadora USB key issue when starting up
-
I did submit a big report with this but here is the problem. I just installed 2.2.2 on a brand new Mac Pro running OSC 10.11.6. It gives me an error when it starts and will not accept my USB key registration code. I changed the permissions as suggested in the knowledge base. No go. Here is a copy of the error report:

I attached two more pix of the errors I get when trying to open 2.2.2 it seems the issue is with the hasp key. Why I run 2.1 there is no problem. Again, running 10.11.6. 8b35ff-hasp-issue.tiff

Does anyone have any ideas about this?

You should file a formal bug report with these error messages (see my signature for the link), we can't help you in the forum very efficiently.Best Michel -
Oh I just saw you did sorry. Ignore the above message. Mark has taken your ticket and will respond.Best Michel -
Ok, thanks. One other thing. Our IT department doesn't install OS X from an Apple Install, they install with an image. Don't know if this has anything to do with anything.

Hey, I fixed it. it had something to do with my icloud account preferences. I couldn't get my icloud account to work, researched that problem and when I fixed that, suddenly my Isadora problem fixed itself. So no need for your help!
Thanks! -
