2.6.1 Movie Player Won't Play

Hi. I'm trying to play a video in a really simple patch (Movie player --> projector) in 2.6.1, and it won't play. The green bar doesn't appear, there's no output... nothing. I have several different videos at different resolutions with different codecs to no avail. Interestingly, the picture player works just fine with everything I've thrown at it. I have already trashed the Isadora Preferences file. Any suggestions?
Specs: MacBook Pro Retina (Mid-2015)
MacOS 10.13.3
AMD Radeon R9 M370X 2 GB

Some things to try:
Did you try placing a fresh Movie Player actor?
Also please check that the "visible" Parameter on the Movie Player actor is set to "on".
Could you please send a screenshot of your Patch so I can get a better idea of what might be the issue?

To be able to help you we need further information:
1) You say that you've tried several codecs, but can you please give us a list or at least tell us one of the codecs that won't play?
2) Similarly, can you give tell us the typical resolution of the clips you've tried? 1920x1080? Or?
3) I assume you're running Isadora in fully enabled mode (i.e., not in demo mode). Is that correct? Are you running the USB key version? If so, is your USB key inserted into the computer?
