      Hi there,

We've just bought a Focusrite Scarlett 6i6 to use with Isadora for routing various players on various sound channels. Everything works well except that after a few minutes, Isadora stuck and when we want to change scenes, it active that scene after a while. We use a file with at least 20 scenes. It doesn't do that alway in the same delay, sometime after 5 minutes, sometimes after 10 or 15 mn. Once we unplug the Focusrite, Isadora keep running normaly. I hope I'm clear despite my poor english.

      Any idea ?

      Thank you !

It might be best to open a support ticket, since we will need your system specifications. (Link in my signature)

That said, It sounds like a hardware driver issue, so I would check the manufacturers site for any driver updates.

          Focusrite Scarlett 6i6

Hi, I am using a Focusrite Clarett 8 and although I am not having the same issue as you have described, I am having an issue where the sound suddenly reverts to a noise hum after about 15 minutes or so (unpredictable). I have to restart the focusrite device to rectify the issue. I had thought it may be because of the use of ‘Soundflower’ software to route audio files into Isadora for frequency analysis or a latent fault with the focusrite device. I have been using the Clarett 8 for a few years without any incident. The suspect for my situation is the ‘Soundflower’ software, I think.

If you have a solution for your problem it would be great to have it posted back here.

          Best wishes
