Release Notes Update:
- Added more information to the System Requirements section.
- Included an important link to an article for Windows users on laptops.
- Added a new section with information about when we will launch the TroikaTronix Digital Sponsorship Program.

I have read and looked over the release notes a few tones now. Congratulations on getting the notes together so thoroughly. I do notice a gap though, and that is changes to recording video to file. I for one would really appreciate an explanation of the changes and options currently available in v3 concerning recording video files of active stages.
