We'll after updating all kinds of things to harden our security two days ago, it seems our main website has been attacked and hacked again.

We have alerted our IT team and they will be addressing the issue as soon as possible.

They have already stopped the redirects to external sites at least. Waiting for a status update.

The website seems to be back online.

We are analyzing the situation to determine how they did this a second time and what we can do to ensure it doesn't happen again.
