After an exciting year featuring the launch of Isadora 3, our hardworking team is taking some well-deserved rest during the holidays!
As a result, our team will respond to e-mail inquires and support tickets received between December 21, 2019 and January 5, 2020 within 48 hours.
In addition, the TroikaTronix Team will be unavailable to respond to e-mail inquires and technical support tickets from December 24 - 26, 2019, and again from December 31 to January 1, 2020. We will respond to inquiries and support tickets submitted during these periods on December 27th and January 2nd, respectively.
