I just found OSSIA (Open Software System for Interactive Applications) a free open-source Mac/pc software for time real time events management offering it all. It even ofer the brans new protocol minuit, an evolution of OSC that accepts queries too.
It seems already solid and very interesting replacement of Vezer (paid piece of software) and other similar software.
yes thank you, this was already mentioned 2 years ago in this forum from @DusX. But always good to bring it up for others.

Another free and cross-platform software called Chataigne seems to manage data in the same way, with timeline editing, various protocols supported, etc...
I didn't really use the software yet but it is quite easy to understand with few tutorials, and the developer is very active.
