[LOGGED] Different fade times for audio and video
-
I have discussed this before but it would be great to have separated fade times between scenes for audio and video. Quite often I want the audio of a scene to fade out fast (say 1 second) and have the audio of the next scene come in with no fade, whilst fading the video with a 2 second out and a 2 second in between scenes.

I have logged this, but split fades like this can already be achieved programmatically:

I was referring to having this in the normal scene fade section.

I understand that, it'd certainly be very handy. I just made an example in case anyone runs across this post in the meantime and is wondering how to do this with the current feature set.

@woland oh ok I looked more closely at what you did. Maybe I was not clear there is no overlap in this setup, to cross fade it will do different length fades and then jump scenes. What I meant is like the scene cross fades that exist now where we can set in and out times, except having separate times for audio, allowing for proper more complex scene transitions.

Yes, I understood that. Having separate control of audio and video in fades would make doing this in a complex scene much simpler, I just wanted to give an example of what's currently possible.
