      Hi there.

      I have a license for Isadora 3.

      I'm trying to format the computer and reinstall Isadora 3 and try to restart the license operation, but error 5013 appears.
      I use Catalina 10.15.7.
      Order number is [ORDER NUMBER REMOVED BY MODERATOR] 


      Is there anything I'm wrong with?

      Running :
      Mac : Apple M1 Max MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2021), 64 GB
      Win : Win11 64bit, i9-13900k, Crucial DDR5 32GB PC5-5600 (64GB), GeForce RTX 4070 EAGLE OC D6X 12GB

        For something like this, we're going to want to see the dialog that is showing you that error number. Please open a ticket with our team and they will help you.

          Checking my payment email, I found a way to resolve the license you previously registered at the above site.
          Now Isadora 3 is working again.
