​Elgato Camlink error?

I tried plugging my cam link in as a source and I end up getting this error message what ever I try:

Anyone have experience with this? My desktop webcam works and NDI is working great some I'm thinking it's specific to the Elgato Cam Link, I see the Windows Media Foundation part but not sure what that means.

I have an Elgato Camlink  4K, so I can help you get this working.

It would be helpful to all forum users if you could update your profile to include a signature which includes details regarding your Isadora system.

This is my settings dialog with my Cam Link 4k working (grabbing the 4k desktop output from the mac mini sitting beside me).

I don't know if you tried to force the resolution. If you did perhaps try 'native'
