Windows 11 and Isadora

One of the attendees to my course has Windows 11, Isadora always closes at some point, for example simply when playing video. Any suggestion?

 The specs there look like a laptop. If it's a Windows laptop, they need to go do this: https://support.troikatronix.com/en/support/solutions/articles/13000064926
