MIDI stopping responding and Isadora Crashing
-
I’ve been having an issue with Isadora crashing a lot lately on a show. I’m running two blended projectors with PJlink commands, MSC triggers from an Ion with a USB Midi device.
The majority of the show never goes above 25% and the live feed I keep off when not needed and activate it when needed.
I’ve tried optimizing as much as I can including using HAP files @ 30fps, staggering projector network commands, turning live capture on and off. And when I run through the show cue by cue it seems fine.
However, MSC was tested during preshow and worked and then 2 cues into the show it stopped working. This also happened during preshow and was fixed. I did notice that Isadora was still seeing a Midi event because the dot next to the midi label would flash when the light board cues were taken but Isadora would not change or go to the next cue. Turning Isadora on/off did not help, the only thing that did momentarily was restarting the computer until Isadora stopped taking MSC triggers again.
Also Isadora crashed today and did not show an Isadora crash screen, just nothing. Isadora also crashed 3 cues into the show.
Running all this on an MSI gaming laptop, see specs and OS below.

Have you performed these steps?

@wolandJust did , We will see if this helps, My main issue is the light board firing cues faster than Isadora fade times and Isadora getting tied up with midi and soft/hard crashing
