openNI tracker actor works with CREATIVE VF0810 (BlasterX Senz3D)

I simi-randomly ended up with one of VF0810 web + depth cameras. I'm writing this to report that I was able to use the openNI body tracking actor and received the depth and video data from it.
I had difficulty getting any of the tracking features such as body & skeleton. I believe that this not because of any software defect but because this depth sensor is tuned to look very closely at the face and not the entire body. It picks up a very shallow depth of between ~2 ft from the sensor to ~7 ft from the sensor. This is quite narrow and will not allow me to even extend my arms towards and away from the camera and have the full depth of me be visible to the sensor. Also, one must be further than ~7 ft from the sensor for their whole body to fit in the frame. That said, I am very excited that the sensor works at all. It seems to use a flavor of Intel Realsense that is supported. It may only be useful in up-close situations that don't look to use the tracking features of the actor.
I should say that this is on a Windows computer.

Great that you got this working. I've never even heard of that camera. Cool!

What is the resolution of the sensor? It has to be 320x240 or 640x480 for the body tracking to work.
Best Wishes,
