[ANSWERED] Masking a surface
-
Hi There,
I am working on some visuals for a concert, and I have a screen, with a certain oval shape that I want to map my images to. I have taken a photo of the screen and wanted to use it as an alpha mask, but some of the photos I have recieved are shaped a s a square, and I want to use those so they can e.g. move in zoome and focus. But when I use the sape of an alpha mask on a square, it fits to the photo so that it is not in size with the screen. I have tried to add a picture where you can see the different sizes. Is there any way that I can create an alpha mask that i can layer my images beneath and e.g. zoom in and out etc. without the mask changing and fitting to the screen?
Any help is welcome,
Thank you all for your nice help and work:)

I think the best way is to send your pictures to a virtual stage: "picture player" > "Projector"(virtual stage 1) and then use the actor "get stage image" to send the picture to the "Alpha Mask".
