      Hi there

I am having continuous problems getting feed from 2 cameras a once. I can read them one at a time in channel 2, but that is all.

I have a hub, where I can see them both working one after the other in the same usb input, but when I add 2, I cannot seem to get this to work.

I know many things can go wrong, so does anyone have a tip or knowledge about this. It is quite urgent.

I am on a Mac Studio (the small model) and I have 2 Logic Pro webcams.

Any help is very appreciated.I tried activating the channel one, but I am unable to read a camera in there.

      Thanks for helping:)

I'm not a MAC person, but these would be my thoughts:

Isadora used to have a problem recognizing 2 camera's of the same type. I'm not sure if that's been addressed, but that would be my first hint.

Secondly, I vaguely remember that hubs are a bad idea. Can you try without one?

        Cheers,

        Hugh

          Hi Hugh,

Oh, I didnt know that i cannot see two if the same kind?

I can see that tey get different names. I tried connecting one through a hub, an one directly, then it is the one in the hub that can be read. I have only two inputs for usb, so I need somehow to split a signal, but I could get a usb c hub to clear both if that is the issue...

@eva I wonder if you could try a USB C camera, like the Logitech Brio? I would try 2 different cameras, using different inputs.

            Cheers,

            Hugh

This should be the key. You can't use two cameras on the same hub (iirc)
