Latest version error on start-up.

Hi,
I have installed the latest version of Isadora on a Dell Inspiron and I am consistently getting this error in file below.
This is only a scratch machine for trying new things, and not my 'main' system, which is running fine on the same version.
I have used the clear preferences and a re-install, but the error remains.
