      @CitizenJoe

      Did that first thing, no luck. Tried re-installing, no luck. Unplugged all the projectors (but kept all 3 monitors connected) and it started. Now I'll try it with all 8 projectors.

      Thanks for your help

        Izzy will start with 6 projectors but crashes as soon as I add another one. Weird.

          @ray

          How are you outputting 8 projectors (and how many monitors)? I'm sure that must have something to do with it.

          I'm sure that @dusx knows more about this than I do!

          Cheers,

            Hi Ray

            Are you using the one graphics card to run the three monitors and six projectors .?

            If using two graphics cards, that might be the issue???.

            Can you give us a bit more information on your set up too?

                @ray As Eamon said, we'd need more information about your hardware.

                Also, if you've been submitting crashes via BugSplat with your name and email, you can start a new ticket using the link in my signature to let us know what name and email you used so we can look up and parse your specific crashes.

                  Does Isadora open normally if you detach all externals from your system so you have the bare minimum connected?

                  Have you installed other software recently? In the past Nahamic Audio drivers caused an issue much like this (this was fixed in version 2). But other software could be causing a conflict.

                    @woland @DusX

                    I'm using win 11 with an Nvidia 4090 and Asus Z790 board. My Studio set up has 3 monitors, a TCL tv and 2 Acer monitors.The projectors are 6 Surewheel sw-10 and 2 Optoma  (don't know the model number, they're on the ceiling). Have connected the projectors with 2 J5Create usb-C to 4 HDMI adapters. Everything was running smoothly with the first 3 Surewheels. I could turn Izzy on and off and the stages only went to the beamers not the monitors and tv, very stable.  Then I accidentally cut the power (!!!!). After that the stages began to go to the tv and monitors, mainly to the tv but sometimes to the monitors also. Izzy starts without any projectors and also with the first 3 Surewheels but the stages are mixed up and I have to manually correct them. Mega hassle! Haven't installed any new programs.

                    Thanks for all your help, I'm not very adept at the technical side of things...

                        I will look for your support ticket.

                        In the meantime, On the Windows side, you need to get windows stable. Don't worry about Isadora. First get Windows capable of restarting with all attached displays connected as expected. This may take some detaching/reconnecting and rebooting. Once stable you can move to Isadora.

                        I would say that its possible that the Isadora Preferences should be reset (menu option in Isadora for this).

                        And I would also, clear your stage settings and re-create the stages. Just incase that was messed up due to the power outage. Having these stable in Windows first is key.
