That will not change. 

The ffgl effects are video effects and simply work within the video dimensions.  If you wish to pan further you may be better served using the horizontal and vertical positions in a projector. Yes, that was an odd crash. As I said, I have never seen behaviour like that.

Once its working as expect, you can start to move your Actors, and Freeframes back... but test after adding every few files... You want to be able to determine the file/s that is causing the glitch. (my guess would be a 3rd party freeframe)

...and if the purpose of the User actor is a common Izzymap, it's becoming twisty !

The solution of a multi blocker does not work, I still believe it's the Hap codec that causes hiccups during speed change [in/decrease manual with 0,1]. I will file a format bug report as Mark suggested in the post you mentioned. All the best,  Klaas

I'm sorry to say but we had to abandon PowerPC support some time ago. I reached a limitation in code size that the PowerPC platform; Isadora simply would no longer compile when PowerPC support was enabled. I had no choice but to remove it. There is no way to get v2.0 to work on PowerPC computers. The only thing you can do is to go back to something really old like Isadora 1.3.1f06. I think this is the oldest version I have with PPC support. http://troikatronix.com/files/isadoracore153-std.dmg (Standard Version) http://troikatronix.com/files/isadoracore153-usb.dmg (USB Version) DusX's suggestions about moving the plugins to the older version _might_ work. If you can update to 10.9 (or even 10.8) you should see huge improvements.

I am able to repeat the problem on both Mac and Windows.
The bug report is being entered. This should be fixed in an upcoming version.

You might be best to use multiple Video Mixer actors, since this will allow you to not to convert to CPU video.

Well, there are a lot of variables here. 1.x file, moving from Mac to Windows, etc. But if it's crashing in when you're trying to locate the media, then I would suspect the media itself maybe. I mean, you can certainly go back to 2.0.5 if the file is a 1.x file, given that 2.0.5 will supersede the features of 1.x. But another approach would be to  1) Open the file without any media 2) Replace the media one at a time by double clicking on each item in the Media view. Save after each item until Isadora crashes. In other words, if it is in fact the media that is the problem, you'll discover by doing this step by step process. I would also trash the preferences. You'll find them at c:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\TroikaTronix The preferences will have the version number 2.1 in it. Best Wishes, Mark

I upgraded the OS X System to 10.11.3 (El Capitan) and Isadora started to run very smooth and stable, not consuming as much CPU as with the old system. I also tried the HAP video encoder and it is amazing.

I also have a same trouble on last two shows. After I've  changed video in bin picker, new video start to play(for a fading time, 1 second) and then Isadora hang without any response. Then "Application doesn't response" system message appears and a have to restart Isadora immediately to continue show.

In try-out time everythings worked fine! On last show i've recorded all show's operation in Isadora by External camera. In few days i will demonstrate this moment. Maybe it could help you to find source of problem.
