You can use the actor/place feature to add them from any location, otherwise you can add them to your global users folder.

You can use the "intensity" number on the projector, intensity a zero when you start, then going from 0 to 100, using enveloppe or a physical fader.

Just to clarify a bit.

The image you want to display across the transition, needs to exist in its own scene that will remain active the whole time. So you will have 3 scenes.. the first that has some images that will change, the second that will be jumped to from the first scene. and a third that will run the whole time (as a secondary scene, activated by the 'activate scene' actor in scene 'first') .

When you are using GPU actors the stage number has to be set at the beginning of the actor chain, for example you have to set it on the movie player and not on the projector. Be a little bit more patient and this limitation will be erased :-).

Hi @DusX and @Fred. I ended up writing an ffmpeg to syphon application, which takes the video stream from AR Drone 2.0.

In my tests at home it works independently of a flight control program, if the latter does not try to access video (I am using custom node.js program, which does not use video stream, but can switch cameras). My installation was a succes! I left out the reactive tile and went with a wooden hand cut-out. it was way less fiddly. the gate of Michel dit the job.

i've never heard of Multi Blocker, but as Michel said... It could have been the case that people would stand there for 5 minutes or even more, so that would be too long for multi-blocker. (as multi-blocker waits that long and it could also be the case that someone would walk away after 1 minute, another would enter within 3 minutes, then it wouldn't trigger)

Anyhow, multi blocker stays in my 'favorites' list, it could help me with a lot of other cases. Thnx all!

I am trying to put all info in one place since, so it might be easier for everybody next time. Maybe it will be inspiring, maybe it will point out the way, I hope it will help me to navigate what to work on/buy and what to avoid.

I have access for Kinect 360, which I am not sure how old is it. I know Apple bought a lot, we had a headache in another project I had been working on. Alas we had 2 software developers there.

Thanks for tutorials. I saw them - they are great. I forgot to list them.

I have not bought Kinect yet, because before I make investment, I want to know what I am doing. It's not so much about money as to be able to imagine which way to go further and what to avoid - eventually what is obsolete.

I am glad you found a setup that will work for you.

In the future, I would suggest playing with your second computers video card output settings. The blackmagic card works with what it is give, and may provide the rgb settings required in native capture if the output is adjusted.
